For physical products purchased from us, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items meet our return conditions outlined below.
For services, cancellation and refund policies are outlined in your service agreement. Please contact us to discuss service cancellations.

You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our return policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return it according to our return process.
For custom orders or services, cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. Custom orders may be subject to cancellation fees.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid by another method, we will refund using the same method when possible.
